Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks. Our team makes and checks each belt before dispatch. Custom artwork and remote destinations may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates.
Tracking your order
We email your tracking details after dispatch. Check your order total at checkout before paying.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your size, artwork or delivery details. Some customisation changes may cost extra.
Request cancellations within 2 days of ordering. If the order has been made but has not been dispatched, a 25% restocking fee applies. We cannot cancel an order after dispatch; return requests follow our Returns Policy.
Returns, size exchanges and warranty
Our return request period is 14 days from delivery for unused items in resalable condition. Size exchanges are available. Customers cover return shipping unless the mistake is ours.
Each belt includes a 6-month warranty from delivery for material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is separate from the 14-day return period. Read the Returns Policy for the process and conditions.
