All shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, including packaging.
We do not charge handling fees, and no taxes are added at checkout.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free global shipping on all orders.
This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Custom Work & Special Designs

Fully custom belts or special artwork may take additional time during production.

Shipping Locations

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your region.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Our system is integrated with DHL and FedEx, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Custom Weightlifting Belt. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

Return Eligibility

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We cover return shipping only if the mistake is on our end
    (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Refund Timeframe

You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of sending the return package.
This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for transit
  • 3–5 business days for us to process your return
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please place a new order.
  • Only defective or damaged items qualify for an exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • Refund requests for cancellation must be made within 2 days of placing the order.
  • After dispatch, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
  • If the order is made but not yet dispatched, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has shipped.

Order Changes

If you need to update your order, we’re here to help.
Some changes may require additional charges depending on customization.
